Send the number and approximate dimensions of suitcases, trunks and other items, plus photographs where useful. Tell us about unusually heavy or fragile items before booking. Van size, capacity and whether your items can be accepted are confirmed for the actual load; no standard suitcase count is guaranteed.
Collection and handover details
Provide full collection and delivery addresses, dates, time windows, named contacts and access instructions. Explain stairs, loading restrictions, parking arrangements or any distance between the vehicle and the handover point. Agree handling and handover arrangements before confirming the booking.
A complete quote for your route
The quote depends on the route, timings, load and access requirements. Confirm waiting, loading assistance, any additional charges and the applicable service conditions before booking. Do not leave valuables or restricted items in luggage without first discussing acceptance and applicable cover.
