Request a luggage-only van with a driver when the party and their cases need separate vehicles. Apex welcomes airport luggage transfer enquiries nationwide, with route, capacity and availability confirmed by quotation. Passengers must travel in a separately booked passenger vehicle.
Tell us the terminal and flight
Provide the airport, terminal, flight number, travel date and expected collection time. For arrivals, allow for baggage reclaim and provide a passenger or representative contact. Agree the permitted landside handover point; airside access and luggage collection from a baggage belt are not included by assumption.
Bags, loading and waiting
Give the number and dimensions of bags, including sports equipment or oversized cases. Confirm who hands over and receives the luggage, what loading assistance is required, and any parking or waiting arrangements. Acceptance and the right vehicle are confirmed before booking.
Link the onward journey
Share the hotel, residence or onward destination and whether passengers have a separate chauffeur booking. We quote the luggage route and timing directly. We do not assume permission to handle travel documents, customs procedures, restricted items or unattended luggage.
