This website provides information about Apex Services London Ltd and offers telephone, WhatsApp and email enquiries.
Information you provide
The enquiry form lets you enter your name, journey details and booking requirements. The WhatsApp form prepares a message for WhatsApp, where you choose whether to send it. The email enquiry form prepares a draft in your email app. Your name, email address and booking details reach Apex only when you choose to send that email. Please provide only information relevant to your booking.
Private charter enquiries
Where you request a private charter, relevant itinerary, passenger and travel requirements may be shared with our trusted aviation partners to source a quotation and coordinate your arrangements. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry.
Address search
When you type at least three characters in an address box, that search text is sent to the Photon address-search service operated by Komoot, using OpenStreetMap data. For multi-line stops and return details, only the line being edited is searched. Your browser also shares connection information such as your IP address with that service. You can select a suggested address or enter one manually. Opening a map link takes you to OpenStreetMap.
WhatsApp and telephone contact
If you open WhatsApp, the prepared message is passed to WhatsApp. Once you send it, Apex receives it to handle your enquiry. WhatsApp handles information under its own privacy terms. You can also contact Apex by telephone.
Website operation
The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure the website. This draft website does not load Google Analytics or advertising tags. The email service may process delivery logs and limited technical information to prevent abuse. Enquiry emails are handled in the Apex business inbox.
