What your quotation confirms

Your quotation confirms the vehicle, availability, hire period, included mileage, waiting arrangements and any extra charges. For the S-Class, E-Class, BMW 7 Series and V-Class, the published hourly allowance is 10 miles per hire hour; other chauffeur vehicles have 5 miles per hire hour. Additional mileage is quoted for your itinerary.

Hourly or full-day booking?

A short sequence of appointments and a full-day itinerary need different arrangements. Send the complete schedule rather than booking separate transfers if you want a chauffeur available between stops. Minimum hire periods and changes are confirmed for your selected vehicle.
